Our client the Marriott Company had several specific requirements for this interactive model. All the building needed to light up and then with the push of a button, a sales persons could light up only the units of a certain price point. Mountain facing vs Ocean facing vs lower level vs penthouse, this model allowed the sales team to zero in on the best unit for the price. The other requirement was that the pools and ocean glow in the sales office. Then with palm trees, beach umbrellas and lot of site details we brought the topical nature of the model to life.
