Lighting and interactivity add a fourth dimension to your model’s presentation. The simplest and most common lighting effect gives your building a general glow. This technique creates curiosity and interest from the street even when your sales office is closed. Additionally, we can add lighted street lamps, sconces or create landscaping and architectural lighting from within the model. Button panels allow visitors to light up and identify important features. Your sales staff, as well, can highlight points of interest.

We also create computer controlled lighting and effects. Touch screen monitors, laser pointer activation or simple button panels allow your model to interact with a wide variety of sounds, photos and/or video effects.

Fiber optics and LED’s are used for a wide range of effects on your model. Highlighting terrain and water features, property boundaries, and points of interest allow your clients to guide themselves through your developments sales features.

Movement is a popular effect, which can add an element of fun, or explain more complex aspects of your project. The model to the left was built for McDonalds to sell a new concept in play areas which included a working pachinko machines, fans, lights and a water bubbler game which all functioned on the model.
